Child Activity Tracker

The SmartCare app is a platform designed for parents, childcare providers, and teachers to streamline communication, billing, attendance tracking, and daily activity updates within childcare centers and early education programs.

Key Features of the SmartCare App:

Enables parents and teachers to share messages, updates, photos, and videos of the child’s day directly through the app, helping parents stay connected to their child’s daily experiences.

Allows childcare centers to manage invoicing and billing, with parents able to pay tuition and other fees directly through the app.

Provides secure check-in/check-out features for parents, staff, and administrators, often using QR codes or PINs to log attendance accurately.

Teachers can share daily summaries, meals, naps, learning activities, and milestones with parents, helping them track their child’s development and daily routine.

Features calendars to track important dates, such as special events, holidays, and closures, as well as appointment scheduling for parents to meet with teachers.

Sends notifications to parents for urgent updates or reminders, ensuring prompt communication between families and the childcare center.

Behavior Contract

Parent's Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable camp experience for everyone, we kindly ask parents to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Please submit medical, emergency contact, and consent forms before your child’s arrival at camp. These forms are crucial to ensure camper safety and readiness.

Follow the camp’s packing list to ensure your child has everything they need for a successful camp experience. Label items clearly and avoid sending valuables.

Inform us of any dietary restrictions, medical needs, allergies, or other special requirements ahead of time so we can accommodate your camper effectively.

Regularly check the Parents’ Portal for camp updates, schedule changes, and any additional requirements. This keeps you up-to-date on your child’s camp journey.

While we encourage you to connect with your child, please use designated communication times and methods. Excessive communication can disrupt their camp experience and independence.

Support our camp’s values of respect, inclusivity, and adventure by encouraging your child to embrace new experiences, make friends, and participate fully.

Thank you for partnering with us to make your child’s camp experience safe, enriching, and memorable!
