Parent's Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable camp experience for everyone, we kindly ask parents to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Review Behavior Contract with your child(ren)
Please submit medical, emergency contact, and consent forms before your child’s arrival at camp. These forms are crucial to ensure camper safety and readiness.
Pack Essentials
Follow the camp’s packing list to ensure your child has everything they need for a successful camp experience. Label items clearly and avoid sending valuables.
Communicate Special Needs
Inform us of any dietary restrictions, medical needs, allergies, or other special requirements ahead of time so we can accommodate your camper effectively.
Stay Informed
Regularly check the Parents’ Portal for camp updates, schedule changes, and any additional requirements. This keeps you up-to-date on your child’s camp journey.
Respect Communication Guidelines
While we encourage you to connect with your child, please use designated communication times and methods. Excessive communication can disrupt their camp experience and independence.
Promote Camp Values
Support our camp’s values of respect, inclusivity, and adventure by encouraging your child to embrace new experiences, make friends, and participate fully.
Thank you for partnering with us to make your child’s camp experience safe, enriching, and memorable!
